   Welcome To TommyWorld

TommyWorld is the home site of Tommy Ferguson.

   What's New in TommyWorld

29 July 2012 - oddly a year since I last updated this. I have been making changes in the back ground though - moved to a free hosting service www.1and1.co.uk who are fabulous. Updating links, so bear with me.

28 July 2011 My how time flies! Just paid my bill for the hosting of this site and thought it about time I did something more with it. Will try out one of those CMS methinks. Don't hold your breath though...

22 October 2010 Abigail Grace Altic was born on 2nd September 2010. She is beautiful and flourishing! pictures here and video here.

22 October 2009 As some of you may already know our son Joshua was still born three months ago at 41 weeks, on 22 July 2009.

Leslie has found this site as a small memento of him:

Tommy & Leslie

10 January 2009 New year more news. Leslie and I are expecting our first baby on 15 July. All the details here >> Also had all my tests at the hospital - nothing serious showed up and the consultant has put it down to IBS. Usual management via tablets, lifestyle and diet.

08 October 2008 Been a while since I updated this - busy as usual. Stomach is still playing up every so often, seems every bug going about I'm picking up. In hospital next week for another scope, this time up the other end! Just a precaution... And congratulations to Mark and Elaine on the birth of their second son, Daragh!

18 April 2008 Good night at the Monico - though I don't know why I'm continually surprised at this! You guys should come along (you know who you are!) You might even enjoy yourself.

20 January 2008 Well the polyp is clear and gone, so that's a relief. However I am infected with the H-pylori bacteria - yet again. The last time was in September. Just finished the triple eradication therapy, which wasn't pleasant, though I'm feeling much better. Ultra sound on Monday week, as there is still something wrong with me, still in pain, and we're thinking it may be gall stones. Ho hum...

03 January 2008 Two stomach biopsies (for H-pylori and a Polyp) were taken. I hope to get the results next week. Then an ultra sound scan on 28 Jan. Still not great, but we'll see what the results say.
